Hey!

Alright, so this is my very first post and I just wanted to thank all the peeps that popped in to check it out! Let's see... right now in my life, it's been pretty stressful, I just went through a nasty breakup (if you want to call it that, it was technically me telling my friend that she was being a total *bad word* to me and I wasn't going to take it anymore...long story short, she took it the wrong way and was even *bad word* -ier than she had been before... we are no longer friends) with this chick.

Anyways....

Congrats to me... I made All-Region band, which is a pretty big deal, at least to me considering my audition sucked but now all is well. Until Tuesday, when I have All-County auditions. Gag. *ehem* (For all of you that don't know, I play clarinet... but I'm sure you can tell by my nonstop randomness. Yeah... ) Now, why they would have All-County auds after Region, I have no earthly clue. Region is bigger than County, therefore it should go after County. But the weirdos in charge decided that was how it was going to be done, I suppose. But you know, whatevs... Like I said, I am soooo random.

THERE WAS SNOW TODAY. Well, technically ice, but we all know we like to imagine it was snow. But we all also know it never snows in South Carolina. Ice is all we get, the lucky suckers up in the mountains steal all the nice fluffy stuff. We get the hard, painful-if-thrown-at-you, causes-electrical-outages, ice-storms. But on the bright side, I was out of school today! Yay! *ehem* I don't hate school, but exams just ended and I'm slightly on the brain-dead side right now. I like having days off. *gringrin* And if the snow *cough*ice*cough* melts and then freezes over tonight, we could possibly at least have a two-hour delay tomorrow morning. Me and my overactive imagination. *beats head* Must-not-get-hopes-too-high...
